BOOTCAMPS
Our bootcamps run for 8 weeks, training 2 times per week for 60 minutes, to give you the best results.
Anybody can come along, as it's a great way to make that commitment of becoming a fitter and healthier you!
Come alone and meet new friends or bring someone along to join in the fun! It may be your husband or wife, brother or sister or even your next door neighbour!
Our Bootcamps are an affordable way to be involved in some structured and supervised physical activity.
