What is Boxercise?
A fitness class incorporating a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact. Training involves bag work, one-on-one pad training and strength-based exercise using boxing as your cardio workout.
Who is it for?
Certainly not just for men, there is no physical contact in Boxercise so it is ideal for both men and women.
What areas of the body does it work?
Boxercise gives you an all over body workout. Including upper body, working the arms, abs, chest and shoulders, as well as the lower body via squats, lunges and running.
Boxercise, like any fitness activity is mean to push you that little further, yet always keeping the exercises safe and tailored to your ability.

Panton Hill Hall- opposite Panton Hill Primary School.
