"At 67 years of age I had let myself get out of shape and was at my highest weight ever. The exercise equipment I had so diligently purchased for my shed got used less and less. Finally I couldn’t take it any more and vowed to make 2010 my year for self improvement. I changed my diet and vowed to exercise more. The only problem was that the nearest facility was more than 20 km away and I couldn’t discipline myself to have a meaningful workout on my home equipment. Then I saw Yolanda’s flyer at the local general store. This solved several problems. I could have the benefits of a personal trainer with a programme to fit my individual needs while in the comfort of my home. So I took the plunge and called her for a test workout in early February. I have not looked back. After initially struggling to complete a half hour workout I have now increased to an hour per session. I also have the incentive and knowledge to complete self workouts between sessions. My strength and endurance has improved significantly and the effect on my body has been dramatic. In four months I have taken 15 kilos off my weight, lost 10 centimetres from my waist and dropped two sizes in clothes. Without the discipline of the weekly sessions with Yolanda I know I could not have achieved these results. On top of that her fees are very reasonable and affordable. Thank you Yolanda!"
